In the process of accession European Union, our studies continue in taking TUV ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate and establishing and operating the necessities of OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System to increase and generalize our exports especially in European Union and Middle East countries. In point of being convenient to Pressure Vessels Directive, our company has a right to renew 97/23/EC (PED) document and continue producing process in accordance with the requirements of the existing AD 2000 Merkblatt and ISO 3834-2. In addition, our ASME (Parts-S-U-R Stamps) documentation studies has started and it is expected to be completed in the year 2013.

In accordance with the importance given to the quality of products and services, because of the input of raw materials’ priority, Quality Control Manager examines the purchased products’ convenience of chemical and mechanic tests by the visual, dimensional and quantity control. The entry examination certifies show that the raw materials’ required quality standard necessities are fulfilled. After this process, the raw materials are received to the production. The importance given to training is one of the factors to designate the production quality. In the running process of production (accurate production) and consignment (delivering accurate customers), our company provides the necessary trainings for all staff and Quality Control Staff.

Our entry examination tests are in the control of Quality Control Staff. In this process, as a result of applied tests, we present materials and EN 10204:2005 3,1 Inspection Certificate to our customs. In addition, according to our customer demands, accredited independent auditor firms, which are determined by our company or our customers, carry out 3rd party controls and by means of auditor firms EN 10204:2005 3,2 Audit Certificate is presented to our customers.
